Four people have been arrested for allegedly holding a year-old girl against her will and forcing her to have sex with multiple men over two days in a sex trafficking ring. Police in Philadelphia said the teen walked into Temple University Hospital on Tuesday and reported that she had been sexually assaulted multiple times by several men. Copper and the girl then went to his residence on North 8th Street in North Philadelphia, where he sexually assaulted her before taking her to the home of another man, Reggie Jamal Fields, 23, on North 20th Street.
